AMAZING PRODUCT! I have been working out and eating healthy, no junk, all whole grains, fruits, veggies and lean meat. From April 1 until May 19, I went from 152 lbs to 136 lbs. I am going away for Memorial weekend, and I wanted to lose 10 more lbs fast and tone up. I am amazed. I didn’t lose much weight, I actually dropped to 132 and went back up to 134, but I lost inches. I think the slight increase in weight is from building muscle, but I have shed amazing amounts of fat. I am 5’8″, and I now have the lines in my stomach and the beginnings of a 6 pack, when previous to this product I had a layer of fat over my abs. I lost an inch around my waist and 1/2″ around each thigh in only 5 days of taking Liporexall. I also have almost completely gotten rid of my saddlebags, which no matter how hard I work out and diet, I have never been able to get rid of. I cannot believe this is my body. You would think I had liposuction. Everyone keeps asking what i have been doing, and my boyfriend calls me his Victoria’s Secret model. Here is how I have been taking it. I ordered it last week and started it yesterday (04July10). WOW! I had the MOST amazing workout today – I usually run 1.5 miles on the eliptical (20min cardio), then arms, abs and legs – today, I ran 5 miles (60minutes) and then went onto my arms, abs and legs. The 5 miles alone burned about 600+ kcal for me. I took the pill 30minutes before breakfast and went on to my workout; I felt a steady increase in energy through out my morning workout – my heart rate even stayed below 155bpm during my cardio (which I was skeptical of, and now impressed)as I kept running and completed each mile, I kept telling myself, “I’ll stop at the next mile,” and as I reached the next mile my stamina was consistant and allowed me to keep going without too much of a struggle. I’ve been taking these pills for 2 weeks and 2 days. I started my weight loss at 291 lbs. I’ve added an exercise regimen whereby I do 60 minutes of Cardio 5 times a week and I have began eating healthier. By healthier, I mean I have cut out sugar, deep fried and high fat foods (for the most part). I am allowing myself one day of “Eat Whatever Kristin Wants” for one meal. I’ve also switched from regular Pepsi to one diet a day. I’ve also increased my water intake to approximately 4 bottles (at 500 ml per bottle). Astonishingly, I’ve lost 14 pounds!
